PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
• United States: FREE Standard Shipping ($0.00). Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days.
• International: Flat rate of $9.95. Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number immediately. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or on our website under "Track Order".

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS
To bring you premium quality at accessible prices, our products ship directly from our global fulfillment partners. This means packages may originate from different locations depending on stock availability. Rest assured, every item undergoes strict quality control before dispatch.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours after receiving it, please contact us at support@getambertree.com so we can investigate with our carrier.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
For international orders outside the USA, customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local government upon arrival. These charges are not determined or collected by Ember & Pine.
